Spotlight: All Wrapped Up by Braxton Cole

All Wrapped Up is Book Two in The List Series

Mari and Luca continue to work through their list of sexual fantasies in All Wrapped Up, Book Two in The List Series. They've abandoned their original plan of no strings attached and, for the most part, Mari's learning to be okay with it. She definitely likes Luca's strings (and whatever else he might use to restrain her), but she's not sure she's ready to take the next step in their relationship. Luca, sweet, strong, commanding Luca, insists that it's time to move in together. Mari insists it's time to relax and enjoy what they share without complicating things.
With every moment they spend together, Luca shows Mari how good they could be together. Will Mari run away from her emotions, or does Luca have her all wrapped up?

All Wrapped Up is a novella length erotic romance and contains mature adult themes, including graphic and explicit sex.

Guest Post by author Braxton Cole

Hey there! I’m Braxton Cole and I want to thank you all for checking out my blog tour for All Wrapped Up.
All Wrapped Up is a novella length erotic romance, and is book two in The List Series. The first book is called Birthday Wishes.
The basic premise behind the series is that a young woman, Mari, meets a man, Luca, on an adult themed website. They create a list of all the fun sex acts they want to experience, but haven’t yet had the opportunity.
The two agree to work through their list with an open, no strings-attached policy. It’s a very practical approach to a sexual to-do list. And that’s all good and well until they realize that all that sexual chemistry translates to a pretty awesome emotional connection as well.
For most girls, that would be perfect, but Mari isn’t looking for a commitment. All she wants is someone she can trust to take care of her sexual needs without it taking up too much of her personal time, and without interfering with the other elements of her life. Work and family are definitely off-limits.
At the start of All Wrapped Up, Mari and Luca have progressed to the point of comfortable dating. Luca has met Mari’s business partner, and he regularly joins her for Sunday dinner with her family.
Once again, however, Luca pushes for more while Mari holds back. Just because she knows that she loves him doesn’t mean she’s ready to say it. Nor is she ready to hear him say it. And the thought of living together gives her a serious fit of heart palpitations.
All Wrapped Up is about the two of them navigating their way through the next stage in their relationship, while continuing to check items off of The List.
The inspiration behind the story came from the same place as all my other books. It always starts with the question “Wouldn’t it be fun if...?” Followed rapidly by “What would happen if...?”
From that point it snowballs. For this series, I really just wanted a couple of fun characters that were honest enough with themselves and each other to identify what they like and don’t like in (and out of) the bedroom. So often in relationships, people are too afraid to vocalize what they want. Finding a sexual voice is empowering.
The other side of that, is figuring out how to communicate emotions and desires just as effectively. Mari has no problem asserting herself in sexual situations, but is a train wreck with the rest. It takes some persistence and a whole lot of patience for the two of them to talk their way through her concerns and figure out how they match up against his intentions.
Mari & Luca are a lot of fun to write and I really hope that you enjoy reading them as well!

All Wrapped Up (The List #2)All Wrapped Up by Braxton Cole

OMG. Once again Braxton Cole has managed to write a sinfully hot as hell novella that leaves me wanting more, more, more! All Wrapped Up is Book Two in the List series, and picks up right where Birthday Wishes left off. Mari and Luca are continuing their sexual relationship, and working through their respective fantasy sex lists, but real emotions keep popping up and threatening to ruin everything. Luca wants more from Mari. He wants to have a real relationship with her and keeps pushing her out of her comfort zone. She is hesitant and keeps balking - wanting to keep everything strictly physical. But even she can't deny that there is more between them than just the ridiculously strong sexual chemistry they got going on.

I liked the role reversal in this book. Typically, it is the female character in a book pushing for more out of a relationship, and the male dragging his feet, just wanting to keep it between the sheets. In this story, Luca is the sweet and sensitive alpha male who wants a real relationship. He is domineering and in control in the bedroom, and super considerate and affectionate outside of it. Mari comes across as a little bit annoying in this book, but it's only because I wanted her to come to her senses already and stop being scared of what's right in front of her. I want Luca and Mari to end up together, and she's complicating things!

Braxton once again manages to fit a lot of story into a small little novella package. It never felt rushed while reading, and it is amazing how much I am able to connect to these characters in the short amount of time I am with them. I also have to say as a congratulations to Braxton and as a warning to potential readers - this book is H.O.T.! Some of the items on the list this time were amazingly naughty. But I liked it. Braxton is definitely a master at constructing a panty soaking scene in a way that makes you feel both satisfied but also aching for more. Very well done! I can't wait for book three.

Author Bio:
Braxton Cole lives in the Pacific Northwest where she spends most of her time holed up in her office writing stories. When she's not writing, she can be found riding her bike, hiking the fabulous local trails, chasing her kids, or wishing that her thumb was a little more green. She has a bad habit of killing what she tries to grow, but hasn't given up hopes of one day being a successful urban farmer.
Braxton writes erotic romance because romance is the stuff that makes life great, and sex is fun. The two belong together, both in life and in fiction.
